1. They bring you the paperwork like you're Vip (you have the option to e-sign)
2. They have a Rolodex of referrals to send you to (doctors, mediators, ect)
3. Staff is motivated to stay on top of your case (Peter was a blessing!)
4. Most of my communication was email & text which I prefer. (But they're only a phone call away if needed.)
5. Time management is important to them, with the systems in place they kept things moving swiftly.
